(No) Vacancy

(No) Vacancy is a one-shot adventure written for Tales From The Void, a game jam for Liminal Horror by The Goblin Archives. 

The Melville is a storied motel out on The Old Road between here and there.

Decades ago the lake was the draw and people would come from everywhere during the summer to stay that close to the water.

Over the years as cities grew people stopped needing to go for the lake, and slowly over time The Melville  fell out of favour.

And then the rumors started: 

• People going missing.
• Never finishing road trips.
• Things out on the lake.

The Investigators are traveling across the country for one reason or another and are forced to stop at The Melville due to a massive storm.

At least it has rooms, a cafe, and a small mechanics shop if needed.
